Doctor Who: Long running British TV show. Recent seasons have featured appearances by Charles Dickens and William Shakespeare.
Jade Goodie (actually spelt Goody): Briefly popular after appearing on UK version of TV show Big Brother.
The Goodies: Comedy show from the 1970's that has achieved almost legendary status possibly because it is one of the few that has not been rerun into the ground.
