I tend to stick the TV on while I'm eating, so I get a random selection of whatever is on at the time. There are very few shows I make any effort to catch regularly. The Discovery Channel is particularly rewarding for random snippets as you invariably end up learning some pointless but vaguely fascinating bit of trivia.
